As a Living Wage employer, Aydya is committed to improving the lives of its workers and helping them become more financially stable by earning a salary that supports a good standard of living and which goes beyond the national minimum.  

The real Living Wage is an hourly rate of pay, set independently and updated annually. It is calculated according to the real costs of living and employers choose to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis, recognising the value of their workers.
